Armagnac

To the other side of Bordeaux sits Cognac's sister region Armagnac, a similarly appointed commune with a strong passion for viticulture and spirit-making. Though Cognac is widely regarded as the finest spirit distilled from grapes, Armagnac is certainly the rarest and thanks to its scarcity, is one of the most sought-after and celebrated spirits in circulation.
