Loads of vanilla on nose some preparing zest. Significantly less sharp and much more develop smelling than hold mix. Taste has a ton of wood and drying tannings parcel of vanilla a little banana and zest in specific spots of the pallette. Somewhat more blazing than hold mix apparently because of higher abv. Finish is long zesty and vanillay.
