By and large I am not a Scotch person so introduces my Scotch surveys. Nose on this is somewhat smokey however not overwhelming the light butterscotch notes. First taste plays on the smoke however it progresses rapidly and resulting tastes are less smoke forward. Traces of margarine toffee and smoked nuts ring a bell while a delicate consume warms your internal parts. Finish is long however suttle with progressively nectar almond notes. This is a superbly smooth Scotch and as referenced to begin I am commonly not a Scotch person however for generally excellent Scotch I trust I will make exemptions.

Essentially the smoothest bourbon Ive ever had. Rich sweet smooth. Its an awesome mix!

Tasting Notes

Nose

Pale golden amber color. Dense aromas of fruit chutney, toasted nuts, toffee have a delicate peaty note .

Taste

Silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with superb, supple depth and smoothness.

Finish

Finishes with a a rising tide of rich spices, golden raisins, heather honey, and mossy stones. A delicious, gentle giant of a blend.
