One of the primary absinthes made with grande wormwood to be legitimately brought into the USA in 2007 following a multi year preclusion. Delivered with conventional strategies and fixings by Combier Refinery in the Loire Valley in France. 62% abv light green shading and medium body. Loaches delightfully with water or ice. This is an excellent case of a great absinthe and functions admirably in a Green Pixie with ice water or in an exemplary mixed drink. Anise and fennel verdant gritty and strongly home grown. Liquor impact followed by a long sweet minty completion. Not overwhelming in a mixed drink yet not modest in flavor. Great.
