It is a sweet and smooth bourbon simple to drink. The sweet taste of natural products fairly over forces the mix to decrease a decent bourbon. While it is deserving of endeavoring I figure I would prefer to skirt paying for the jug however.

Shockingly rich on the button with velvety vanilla lavender and wood flavor. Inevitably some cleanser and perhaps white grapes. Smooth on the sense of taste the richness continues. Thick mouthfeel pleasantness offset with zest with a startling warmth going down. Shows greater intricacy after extra tastes with acidic organic product. The flavor waits. This is a wonderful strong pour. Really awful it's been ended. 8/11/18

Tasting Notes

Nose

The nose is a rich mixture of spice, caramel, and butterscotch.

Taste

It is almost chewy soft. A mellow corn whisky is up front on the palate, but rich soft butterscotch, caramel and sweet brown sugar sit under the corn flavour supporting and enhancing the experience.

Finish

In a lot of ways this is more of a bourbon style of finish than a Canadian style. The exit is long and silky.
