Limited Edition in Support of Breast Cancer Awareness. This is the 2016 edition, each year Clase Azul Releases a limited edition bottle with a unique design. Clase Azul Tequilas are created with the utmost respect for the country in which they originate. Inspired by traditional Mexican values, all of Clase Azul spirits are produced in a small village in Mexico, bottled in a local bottling facility and use indigenous ingredients and materials. Each bottle of Clase Azul is also work of art. Hand sculpted and individually painted, no one bottle is exactly the same. Clase Azul Reposado Tequila translates to "rested" or "calm" which is the perfect analogy of the experience of sipping this particular spirit. Aged in used American oak barrels for eight months, each bottle is made with white ceramic and then hand painted by artisans. …

About the brand

Mexican founder Arturo Lomeli launched Clase Azul in 1997, and the label has come a long way since the original sombrero packaging it was originally bestowed with. Now, the Tequila is presented in recognisable hand-sculpted, hand-painted ceramic decanters.
