What a ride! Peaty through the rooftop! Be that as it may truly I think there is a pit fire in my mouth. An absolute necessity attempt definitely however test at your neighborhood bar before you take a container home.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Classic maritime aromas, a scatter of sweet vanilla and lemon curd fading into lots of peat smoke.

Taste

Rock salt alongside a slightly tropical note bringing sweet fruit, with a dash of lemon zest, oak char and swirls of smoke.

Finish

Cantaloupe melon sweetness remains alongside prominent lingering peat smoke.
