Tasting Notes

Nose

On the nose, the juniper is immediately present but almost smoky and complimented by notes of cracked black pepper and sweet licorice.

Taste

The palate is light yet honeyed. The juniper is again present, but it’s not the backbone of the spirit, while the malted rye complements the spicebush, delivering a great earthy quality.

Finish

Bright coriander and citrus notes and a little cinnamon round out the palate with a gentle heat on the finish.
