Pleasant one yet didn't taste as old as some other 25y. All the more sweet came out after 25 mins in the glass!

Tasted with Laura Feed during introduction. Didn't compose notes so this depends on straightforward memory This was staggeringly smooth yet in addition with incredible unpredictability with sweet smokey unpretentious foods grown from the ground flavors. The completion was likewise extremely smooth belying it's liquor content which was not really perceptible because of the amazing parity showed in the bourbon. Super stuff yet in addition on a totally unique profile to the 21yo

Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich. There are notes of chewy sultanas and morello cherry; dried herbs and cooked fruits with apple crumble and a balanced acidity; crème de cacao.

Taste

Thick and smooth. There are notes of Sherried peels and sultanas; chewy toffee and walnut; dried fruits emerge with a juicy touch.

Finish

Long and rich with winter spice.
