Bakery Hill Distillery Double Wood Single Malt Whisky

Wonderful dried organic products (more apricot) and unpretentious tone of dull chocolate on the button. Smooth nut cake sense of taste. Just thing which let this measure down was a close non-existent completion.

This measure was number 2 on my trip of whiskies at the refinery with the author David. He began setting down barrels 18 years back beginning with 50 liter and afterward 100 and now the sexually transmitted disease 200 size unaltered from the Jack Daniels refinery where presently sourced. At first they went a third every path with Paradise Slope Woodfords and JD however now I accept they stay with the later. This measure they finish in French oak for a while (from memory). I truly loved this measure the french oak including extra lavishness and hotness caramel come through and the green apple blurs away. He referenced that other than this one they are Ex-whiskey/american oak casking as far as possible and don't do sherry and so on wrapping up. Would be intriguing to see them attempt however.
