Redwood Empire Lost Monarch Straight Whiskey is a blend of 4 to 12 year old Bourbon and 3 to 5 year old Rye Whiskey. Lost Monarch is the new name for our original straight whiskey blend. Made from 60% Rye and 40% bourbon, the sweetness from the corn and the spice from the rye balance beautifully to create vanilla, caramel, and delicate maple notes with a butterscotch nose and a light peppery finish.
