A True English Sloe Gin is defined by its balance. Not too sweet, not too tart and you need to be able to taste the gin! To create ours we gently steep wild harvested English Sloe berries in our classically balanced English Gin for three to four months following an old family recipe. The result is a Sloe Gin of exceptional balance in which you will find plummy aromas, hints of almond and frangipane and delicious fruity notes from the wild-foraged berries – all underpinned by a classic English Gin backbone. Classically enjoyed throughout the festive season or as a warming companion to a brisk winter’s walk, our True English Sloe Gin also pairs perfectly with English sparkling wine to create a refreshing summer serve.…

Day 8. The misstep. Was interested about sloe gin so I put 2 in the schedule. Better believe it shouldn't have done that. On the button you get a huge amount of plums marzipan and cinnamon. On the taste a touch of plums and cinnamon with a touch of sweet and a great deal of sharp and unpleasant. There is no persistent flavor at all here. With everything taken into account may fill in as a mixed drink however goddamnit tasting this stuff feels like a discipline. Still not the most noticeably terrible thing I at any point had so 2 stars it is. Alter: Would be presumably fairly decent over vanilla frozen yogurt tho....

Candy coated dull plums tannin and citrus strip dryness with a foundation of juniper and citrus causticity. Its got a perfectly rich plum fragrance and a good equalization of plum and conventional dry gin flavor. While it is acceptable blending cassis with gin is better. $30 in Ontario.
